Crowdfunder.com, which places the video module above Slideshare on its website, says:

“Your video is one of the most effective ways to tell your story. Tell us about the problem your business solves and include a demo of your product or service if applicable. Whenever possible, feature yourself and your co-founders in the video as an opportunity for supporters to meet the real people behind your company.”

Elevator Expressed tries to include a C-level executive in every video for this reason. It is not enough to have a talking head for the entire video, but a short segment should be dedicated to the Company’s management speaking directly, with the rest being a professional voice over.
